Everything on the site stays readable for free at the diagnosis-and-first-step level — no purchase and no signup needed. The kit itself is delivered digitally: after your payment clears you receive a download link and access to the online pages, sent to the email address you give at the Creem checkout. If anything is missing or does not work, email support@chinaunstuck.com and we will sort it out.
We use the email address you give us only to deliver your order and to answer support requests. If you have asked for change notifications, we use it for that single purpose. No sharing, no selling, and you can ask us to delete your details at any time by emailing support@chinaunstuck.com.
All sales are final once your access link has been delivered. Because the kit is a digital file delivered immediately and in full, your statutory withdrawal (“cooling-off”) right is treated as exercised at the moment of delivery — this is standard for digital goods.
